How I find the import ID to automate importing?

Myles Boyd

I have an import configuration set up in Assets; and writing a scheduled automation to run the import but the API routing wants the import ID.

Any pointers greatfully appreciated.

Hi @Myles Boyd

What do you want to import?

Based on the link I suspect this to be in assets, the link information os outdated and only for Jira on-prem.

See this KB article, https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/schedule-assets-import-using-automation/

A feature is being developed, see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-9920 the above link is the workaround mentioned in this feature request

Typical - I was hoping simply to follow the REST API guide

I was looking for ID    it's configuration ID

Thank you for the pointer.
