How Do I get Custom Field Dropdown Options from Jira API Using Connected APP Authentication

Authorisation: Jira Connected APP ( JWT Token)

Hi,

I'm unable to get Custom Field, DropDown Options For Given Context via Connected APP ( JWT Token)
This API Call Is not working: rest/api/3/field/{fieldId}/context/{contextId}/option

I tried Using 
 /rest/api/3/customFieldOption/{id}

This one also failed to get dropdown values

Please help me out
