Host Service Desk: Control domain of users, and blocking all other domains

I want to  prevent access from any user that is not specifically named as a user.  It appears to me that right now, any user sending email to the magic email address can add an issue.

Note that i am only the project administrator.  I do not have rights beyond the project.

Hi Mark,

To prevent that anyone sends an email and create their own accounts, you go to Project settings > Customer permissions > "Who can access the portal and send requests to "Project name"?" > "Customers my team adds to the project" > Save.

Hope this helps!

Angélica
