Hi dears

when i try to add my first project in jira service desk a message saying

Hmm... we couldn't create your project due to an unknown error. Try refreshing the page to start again.

what is the cause. currently i am using 30 day trial for testing purpose hosted in my Centos local server

Could you tell us what the log says at the point that this fails? <jira home>/log/atlassian-jira.log is most likely to contain the error.
