Hitting {"errorMessages":[],"errors":{"issuetype":"Specify an issue type"}} after switching to jira cloud

Integration is with Go lang importing "github.com/andygrunwald/go-jira"

Should I follow this instruction https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/jira-opsgenie-getting-400-bad-request-specify-an-issue-type-error-in-opsgenie-1277100113.html?

Was not able to find Integrations  under Teams, do I have to be added as administrator first?
