Hi, is there a way to hide a Request type in Nex Gen JSD

On JSD next-gen projects, the forms are based on request types, and also that's the field that triggers notifications to customers and allows the ticket to be visible in the customer portal.
With that said, it's not possible to hide this field on next-gen projects. If you need to hide this field, the best option is to use a Classic project where it's possible to create tickets using issue types instead of request types.
