Is the option still unavailable to hide Service Request types in the Jira standard cloud Agent portal? I would like the request type to not show up for the Jira Agents when creating or assigning tickets. Then we plan to ad new service request types.

The request type is needed if the crested issue needs to be visible n the portal to a customer
If the field is not provided the issue is only agent visible.
You cold create a separate view and or edit screen for related issue types and not show the request type field on those screens.
We are replacing old request types with new ones and want to hide the old one's from the Agent portal. is that possible?

So you are not using request type, but only issue types?
