Hello, is there a way to remove the ‘Context fields’ SLA, Suggestions, Development, Automation from view for employees?
How can this be achieved?
No these are essential parts of the work item view, these can't be hidden.
These are not fields by the ways, but sections displaying infromation.
If you want to limit the options, remove fields from screens or work item layouts.
So I can't even move the fields down or change the order?

No you can't these are system sections.
You can disable Suggestions, by disabling the feature in the space settings, the same applies for SLA in a way, if you don't use SLA's in your space the section is not there.
The other sections can't be not viewed.

Hi Jens,
A couple of things - if the project is not using SLAs at all, then you can delete the system default SLAs and hopefully that section will be gone.
If you are on a screen, go to the Configure at the very bottom right of the screen and click on Configure. Then in the Context fields section drag the Development field off to the right. Be sure to save. That should remove the Development section. Again - only do this if you are not using any of the Development functions on your project.

Hello @Jens Prokoph
Not really.
Those items on the right side are part of the work item view / context fields, and there is no native setting to hide them only for employees while keeping them for others.
A few details:
Suggestions can be turned off on project level via Space settings → Features
SLA / Development / Automation are system/context panels in the issue view, not normal request form fields
you can customize the field layout of the work item view, but not fully remove those system sections per user type
Have a great Day and Weekend.

Even if I deactivate both suggestions and automation suggestions, the fields remain.
That's a shame.

@Marc -Devoteam- already said it precisely. That’s a system section. You can configure the field layout, change the order, and remove some fields from the layout, but you can’t remove the entire system section from view.
