I am unable to open the Jira company project. It just keeps loading and then shows a blank page. In some places it opens, and in others it does not.”
Can someone please explain the solution and why this is happening?

Hi,

Are you a Jira administrator? If yes, please go to "Browse spaces/Projects" via the gear symbol (only via this way, you get the "admin" view of the spaces). Then, look up your space and click through to the space settings. Here, you can check your permissions via "permissions" and "people". It is probably a permissions issue.
