Thanks for the reply, could you just let me know by using any one of the above methods will i be able to enforce 2FA on external customers in Jira service desk (not the agents)

It provides various options to enable 2FA for a subset of users (based on groups). So using that you will be able to enforce 2FA just for your external users (i.e Jira service management customers). And the Service desk agents won't be asked for 2FA.
@shrikant maheshwari you'll definitely need a plugin to enable 2FA for customers only.
I've worked with the miniOrange solutions before and I can recommend it. But there are other alternatives too so it's up to you :-) The best would be to start a free trial for one of the plugins and see whether it fits your expectations.
