Herzum approval page redirected to customer portal home page issue..

Hi guys,

While logged off; if a customer clicks approve button from an herzum approval email, approval page (jira…/secure/hapactionapprovecomment.jspa?.....) opens. However,  while logged in; for the same situation,  automatically redirected to customer portal home page and cannot view the approval page.

How can I solve this issue?
