I am unable to add any customer as the reporter on any ticket. When typing their names in, the dynamic droplist does not appear. I am able to add to requested participants and when I begin to type the customer's name the dynamic droplist appears allowing selection.

@Jonathan_Vo It may be a permission issue. Can you check if you have "Modify Reporter" permission in the project, as mentioned in this JIRA document on Project permissions: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver073/managing-project-permissions-861253293.html

NOTE: This permission should generally only be granted to administrators.

I do have the Modify Reporter Permission for the project already. Re-verifed with permission helper.
