Help with new helpdesk/contacting support

Hi. I tried to switch to the new help settings by going  to project settings and portal settings and look and feel.  Now when I go to my portal   its blank and when I try to go to the settings its also blank.  Any suggestions?

I tried to contact support via the website and just keep getting kicked out. Is there an email address to contact them directly?

@Lauri Pantos, so are you the admin? If so then if you go to your portal do you see the "Customize" button in the upper right? Out of curiosity I went to the URL you provided and see that I am presented the login page. BTW, you may wish to remove the url given this is a public forum. Can you try a different browser?
