hello,

I am using the Global Automation Rules.

I want to use the 'status' Waiting for Support. But I have here a list of a few. How do I know which one belongs to which workflow/request type?

Yikes that is ugly. What I recommend is to get in there and clean up the redundant usage of the same status ASAP.

short of that you can do the following to try to figure it out.

  • go to Jira settings > issues > statuses and you should see all of these listed
  • click on each one and write down the number at the end of the URL
  • using JQL you can try to figure out which one is associated with your specific project and workflow. For example take one of the issues you have in W4S then try to find it using each waiting for support status. The ordering of the statuses in the drop down will equate to the ordering in the Jira settings
