Help Centre URL different to Portal URL

Our Help Centre portal as shown in JSM is different to our Portal URL as shown in the related project configuration:

Help Centre:  https://ourcompanyname.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal

Project Configuration:  https://ourcompanyname.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1

I am unable to align these two URLs by changing the Project Config URL.

Further, I - as a project Admin - am able to add Topics to /portal but not able to do so for  /portal/1

Welcome to the Community!

The Help Centre, sits above all portals.

If you only have one project, then it can be confusing, but if/when you have more projects, each portal will appear on the Help Centre.

So your next project will end in /2, then /3 etc

The Help Centre, when searching on documents, looks at all the portals, so its a central point.

In short, I do not believe its possible.

Do you know if it's possible to add Topics to the portal? I have this configuration control on /portal but not on /1.
