I have free plans for a couple of apps, such as JSM, Jira, and Confluence. I have not logged into the apps for at least a month. I can successfully log into my account but cannot launch any of the apps.
When I click on the orange triangle for JSM the message states "App Offline". When I try to Open the app, I am directed to a Site Maintenance window. As I've stated, I have not logged into the apps for a bit and am not sure if this message is valid.

When I click on the orange triangle for Confluence it states "App Offline" However, when I attempt to open the app I see a message stating Confluence has been deactivated. I don't see an option to reactivate.
I have requested assistance from Atlassian Support fro you on this issue.
They should reach out within 2 work days, via this post on the community.

Issues seems to have resolved. Not sure how or who did it but JSM is now working. Thank you so much for your assistance.

Itseems i still have an issue using jsm. It's like the app is no longer part of my site and I cannot add it.

It seems I was able to activate both Confluence and Jira successfully. However, JSM still seems to be an issue.
The process to reactivate was a bit different for one of the apps. You'll note the Active apps and one Inactive. Reactivating the Inactive had a different process, which I followed.
