Hello folks. I am unable to access any of my Atlassian Apps.

I have free plans for a couple of apps, such as JSM, Jira, and Confluence. I have not logged into the apps for at least a month. I can successfully log into my account but cannot launch any of the apps.

When I click on the orange triangle for JSM the message states "App Offline". When I try to Open the app, I am directed to a Site Maintenance window. As I've stated, I have not logged into the apps for a bit and am not sure if this message is valid.  

When I click on the orange triangle for Jira the message states "App Offline". When I try to Open the app, I am directed to a Site Maintenance window. As I've stated, I have not logged into the apps for a bit and am not sure if this message is valid.  

When I click on the orange triangle for Confluence it states "App Offline" However, when I attempt to open the app I see a message stating Confluence has been deactivated. I don't see an option to reactivate.

Issues seems to have resolved. Not sure how or who did it but JSM is now working. Thank you so much for your assistance.

Itseems i still have an issue using jsm. It's like the app is no longer part of my site and I cannot add it.

I was able to find instructions on how to reactivate.

Were you successful in reactivating your subscriptions to the apps?

It seems I was able to activate both Confluence and Jira successfully. However, JSM still seems to be an issue. 

The process to reactivate was a bit different for one of the apps. You'll note the Active apps and one Inactive. Reactivating the Inactive had a different process, which I followed.
