Hello to everybody? Can anyone tell me where to find option in Jira Service Management to translate headline in support portal that is now default " What can we help you with" and i want that in my language

Testing on my local site, the “What can we help you with?” is translated based on the language set on the profile.
Some translations will not depend on the language added to the project, but on each profile.
In your case, since you are an admin/agent, you need to change the language on https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences.
Customers will have to change their language directly in the portal on https://xxxxxxx.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/user/profile.
