Customer utilizes a Zix secure email, is it possible to add the Zixsecure to JIRA. So when they create a ticket and all bidirectional correspondence within JIRA funnels through Trillium Health Resources Secure Email Message Center? If, so can you provide guidance?
My though was through automations... put a rule in place
