Google Workspace sync Limit

Hello,

Does anybody know what is the limitation of Google Workspace sync in terms of accounts? At the moment we are syncing 1664 users, 32 groups and 15 domains. We are want to import our student population and want to avoid system degradation. Does anybody know the sync limit for JSM?

I'm not aware of a limit.

You could raise a support request to Atlassian

I could not find any limit mentioned in any atlassian documentation. But if you sync a large amount of users, please expect long processing atleast in the first time.

How many users would you be syncing? Are you using atlassian guard?

Hi Fazila and Marc,

Thank you for responding to my post. We have approximately 13K active students, which shouldn't be a problem. We are using Atlassian Guard.

I did find this in the help of JSM:

"The sync limit for Google Workspace user accounts in Atlassian organizations is:

Up to 1 million users per organization

Up to 290,000 users per group

Up to 250,000 groups per identity provider directory"

So I think we're good to import them.
