I am attempting to receive alerts from GCP in JSM's Alerts section. I have followed the steps in the link below, yet no alerts show up. When I use Postman with the test payload from the article, I receive a "Could not authenticate" error from the Atlassian API as shown below.
Any advice is appreciated.
Ok, according to the screenshot below it seems like I need a Standard account in order to get proper support. However, it's hard to justify paying for a service that isn't working now and likely won't work when paid for. Is there anyone from the Atlassian Support team here?
Thank you @Joseph Chung Yin I read those details as well. Based on the fact the integration shows up in my account, that implies that it's available to my account. I'll reach out to support (honestly, I thought that's what I was doing here anyway).

Welcome to the community. ALthough, we don't use this type integration setup in our env, you may need to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com), so they can access the system logs from the backend to assist you further.
Keep in mind that in your original reference link - it did mentioned two important information that I don't know if they effects your site -
1) This is a "new alerting feature that's natively available in Jira Service Management which is gradually rolling out to some Jira Service Management Cloud customers. It may not yet be visible or available on your site."
2) You have listed that you are in using the "Free" subscription -
"If you're using the Free or Standard plan in Jira Service Management, you can only add this integration from your team’s operations page. To access the feature through Settings (gear icon) > Products (under JIRA SETTINGS) > OPERATIONS, you need to be on Premium or Enterprise plan.
Adding an integration from your team’s operations page makes your team the owner of the integration. This means Jira Service Management only assigns the alerts received through this integration to your team.
"
Hope this helps
Best, Joseph Chung Yin
