I am looking at subscribing for Jira Service Management Standard Plan for 25 Agents.
All agents and users are based in Ireland.
I notice that "Currently, only products with Enterprise plans can have in-scope data hosted within the EU and US realms. Later this year, products with Standard and Premium plans will be able to have in-scope data hosted within the EU and US realms." I also note that this is currently scheduled to be released in Q3/Q4 2021.
My client mandates that all data has to be hosted in the EU.
My questions:
1. Given that all Agents and Users are located in Ireland, is it likely this might be currently hosted in Dublin / Frankfurt currently in a Standard plan?
2. Does anyone have a more specific date where a Standard can be guaranteed to be hosted in the EU Realm?
3. If no to either above, do I have any any other options to guarantee hosting in EU, and not have the need for Enterprise?
