I am trying to get tickets via email from my MDR, but for some reason, I am not able to receive them. I am able to receive tickets via email from a Gmail account, but not from my MDR. I have "whitelisted" their domain but still nothing. Any ideas?

Thank you! After looking at the logs, I noticed the emails were being blocked because they were deemed auto-reply emails, but I then whitelisted the domain, and everything was successfully creating tickets. Thanks!
