Getting error when pasting attachment in chrome

I am getting an error when trying to paste an attachment in my tickets. Getting status code 403 and error message below for createWithFiles.  Please help me resolve.

It looks like you are most likely running into the following Bug, which impacts the new issue view when pasting both text and an image at the same time:

Can you verify if this is the case, and if so pasting text separate from the image should allow you to bypass the error or if this is a classic project you can get around the error with the noted workaround of disabling the new issue view:

Workaround

Disable the new view by going to Profile picture > Personal Settings > Disable the Jira Labs.
