Getting error on 5th user to a project with free plan

Hi,

The free tier supports upto 10 users but when adding 5th user to a project getting error.

What error are you receiving?

Just to confirm, if this is Jira Cloud there is a 10 user limit - but if this is Jira Service Management, there is a 3 agent limit. You might have gone over your agent limit in this instance.

So yes as mentioned JSM has a free tier limit of 3 agents.
