Getting an issue when trying to add application from Marketplace (SLA)

Hi,

 

Good Day!

This is my first time to used Jira Service Management and I'm trying to add application (SLA) from Marketplace, but I'm getting this error during the process.

Hi @Rex Menor 

For SLA setting in Jira Service Management, you don't need any application from Marketplace.

Only for setting SLA for issues from Jira Software or Core, you can use an add-on from Atlassian Markeplace.
