Get the three dot subtask menu to service desk queue

Hi,

is there a way to get the menu like on subtask to service desk queue view.

We have scriptrunner but I'm not a developer.

Hello @Stephan_Mallmann 

I'm afraid not, you can create subtasks related to service request, but you can't present them to customer.

Customer must have Jira Software licence to view them since they are backend.

Thank you for the answer. I think you misunderstand my question. I just want the menu with the 3 dots like behind very sub task visible behind every issue at the service desk queue view.
