Hey Atlassian Community,

I have some very "strage" behavior from my Trial JSM Cloud, who should become or new Helpdesk after the Trial.
I started with a brandnew Jira Cloud and a new projekt there. I got notifications for my first ticket and via Chat (Microsoft Teams). Then I started a few configuration settings and since then I (and the customer which is in this case just my private mail adress) will not get any notifications at all. So no "we got your request" or anything else.

The assumption was that a setting prevents notifications from being sent, but I tried the funktion "Notification Tester" and I can clearly see there that the customer and I as agend (or part of a groupe) should get notifications. Of course I checked our Junk/Quarantine Folders that nothing will block the Domain or whatever.

Then (only for a Test) I created a completely new project and there it is the same, no notification. Because of the Tests above I can exclude a problem on the following things:

- Mails blocked by any provider or Mail-Server

- Projekt Settings

Do you have any Idea, what can cause this kind of problems.
Thank you in advance for your help.
Best Regards
Stefan

Hi @Stefan Bittighofer

Mails must be getting blocked from atlassian mail server, please check with them, they should be able to help resolve the issue.
