I have 2 Jira Service Management projects. I need to be able to provide a list of all the customers and agents in EACH project. I am able to sign into each project and go to "People" to see this information but I have many pages of people and I don't see a way to export that information. If I got to users under administration, I can get a list of all the people that have access to JSM but I can't see which project they have access to. I need to be able to see exactly who has access to each project without having to just view online. I can't even imagine, there isn't an out of the box way to do this. I hope someone can help me.
Hi Colleen,
You're right — this should be an out of the box feature, but unfortunately it's still not available natively.
We built a Forge app to solve exactly this: User Account Manager lets you select any JSM project and instantly see all customers
and agents with access to it.
How it works:
- Select your JSM project from the project selector
- Enable "Show customers and organizations only" to filter
specifically for customers
- Organizations are displayed with their member count, expandable
to see all members
- Export the full list as CSV, JSON or TXT with one click
No manual page-by-page viewing, no REST API scripts needed.
