Free version to test data import

Hi

Is it possible to import csv data into Free trial version of Jira Service desk  (cloud)?

I'm looking to use the free version so i can test the data import process before using that data to import into our  Paid  cloud subscription that we are due to go live with in the next few days .

Nothing seems to import , even with a simplified dataset, the process seems to create new users account but just not any records for the actual issue

Yes is the answer . the import was not working because i was importing into a next gen project with mapping to fields that only exist  in classic.
