Hello,
we are using Atlassian Cloud (Jira Service Management) and we have created a customer portal (Help Center) for our workers (clients).
Is there a free Microsoft Teams App to integrate and use Customer Support Portal (Help Center) website (link) for clients to make new tickets?
Kindest regards
Leon
Hi @Leon Pavesic
Thank you for your question. There are a few options how to integrate Microsoft Teams and Jira Service Management:
You could embed the URL of the support portal as a tab within a Microsoft Teams channel. This is a native feature of Microsoft Teams and free of charge.
Another option is to use the app Atlassian Assist, which you can download via the Atlassian Marketplace: Atlassian Assist | Atlassian Marketplace
While this app doesn't offer a direct integration of the support portal, it does offer the ability to link Microsoft Teams channels to Jira Service Management projects, allowing customer users to create tickets there.
I work for yasoon and we develop an integration called Microsoft 365 for Jira, which may provide the feature you are looking for.
I can highlight the following features here:
- Create support tickets within Microsoft Teams: Create support tickets from Microsoft Teams (yasoon.com)
- Start a chat with internal or external customers/ colleagues in Jira: Microsoft Teams: Start a chat in Jira (yasoon.com)
Here you find the a related use case video: Demo: Microsoft 365 for Jira – IT service management use case - YouTube
Our app is free for up to 10 users and can be tested within 30 days for free.
Let me know if you have any questions or directly book a demo right here.
Thanks,
Patrick
@Patrick Schüßler _yasoon_ ,
thanks for your answer and for the offer.
Your app looks great, but we need to review our budget first.
Kindest regards
Leon
