Is it possible to somehow configure an Insight field to show in UTC for all users, regardless of their profile time zone?

From what I understand it is not possible.

At the time, the possibility of disabling the configuration of the time zone of the users was requested but it could not be achieved:
Disable the possibility of a user change his timezone ...

There is no issue with users display other fields in their own time zone.

But our systems and schedules are all UTC based, which we want to document in Insight CMDB.  Users need to calculate the UTC equivalent from their time zone.

If a users enters a UTC time without calculation, it will not match the desired UTC time due to the users profile settings time offset.
