Forbidden URL when trying to configure domain (DKIM)

Hi,

I'm trying to configue my domain to send mails form jira cloud to our customers from our email account.

I have read many solved questions about it in the jira comunities and they say that the first step is to access here

but it shows a message saying that the access is forbidden.

¿Can anyone help me?
