Finding tickets reassigned back to a group

Hello,

Am trying to find a JQL statement which will help me find tickets reassigned back to a resolver group. In this case Service desk.

So essentially I was to find tickets which was assigned to the Service desk, then assigned to another group and then reassigned back to service desk. 

Is there a JQL query which can help me do this?

On what field is this based, on the assignee field?

JQL to be used "assignee was in <specify-group-user>"

I was looking at the resolve team field. 

would assignee work better?

So if I said something along the lines of assignee was in "Service Desk" I assume that would give me tickets where the assignee was in that group. But how would I figure out tickets which were in the service desk left and came back?

Would just saying assignee was in "Service Desk" give me that?

Which field, are you referring to a custom field named "Resolve Team"

Not all fields are historical and can use the "WAS" JQL clause.

Can you provide screenshots of an issue and the field used and it's configuration.

The resolver teams field is a group picker field.  There is Assignee as well but thats not custom. Would that mean I would have to use the assignee field instead of the resolver? team?Screenshot 2026-01-27 141216.png
