Hi! I Need to find an E-mail address the user who send ticket:

Welcome to the community.

You can search for key = SE-42995 and then in the results, show the creator column.

This will show the user who created the issue, selecting the user, would provide you the email address

If you cant't, contact your Jira admin for this request, if the admin can't find it let them create a support ticket via: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ 

It's not wise to specify your URL in a public forum.
