I have a dashboard created for all open tickets for my team of people and our customers. Why do the columns only sort by alpha order and not allow you to put a filter in to select certain customers or certain team members? I don't want to have to create a filter for each customer or team member. Would "Rich Filters" help me with this or what has anyone done to alleviate this issue? TIA!
