Filter by object parent

Good afternoon, 

I want the users to select an asset when sending a request. 

To help them, on the request, I want fields to help filtering what they have to select.

How can we have:

• Custom field 1 - Shows
  • Parent 1
  • Parent 2
  • Parent 3

• Custom field 2 - Shows
  • Parent 1-1
  • Parent 1-2
  • Object IN the Parent 2
  • Parent 3-1
  • Parent 3-2
  • Parent 3-3

• Custom field - Shows
  • Object IN Parent 1-1
  • Object IN Parent 1-2
  • Object IN Parent 3-1
  • Object IN Parent 3-2
  • Object IN Parent 3-3
