Field in Issue type is "Details" when creating a ticket but in User interface, its showing Shipping address. what settings should I change so that it appears details on both places?
Do you have both issue types Details and Shipping address in the list Administration > Issues > Issue types? If so, the problem is most likely related to automations/scripts/post functions of the Details workflow that change the issue type.
Or are Details and Shipping address the same issue type?
