Field not showing in drop down for a gadget

I'm having troubles in getting a field showing in the drop down for gadget axes. The field is not a custom one, tried to update it as per https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/some-fields-are-not-showing-in-any-dropdown-menus-of-dashboard-gadgets-922648656.html

The field in question is Watchers. Is there a way of enabling this to be used as an axis (Two Dimensional Filter Statistic gadget)?

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Testing on my local site I was also not able to add Watchers on Two Dimensional gadget, so I believe that this is a restriction of the gadget.

I didn't find any related issue or a feature request suggesting this, so please, feel free to raise a feature request on jira.atlassian.com (project JRACLOUD) adding more details about why this feature is important for your environment.

I've noticed this field is blocked on most of the gadgets, will raise a feature request as per suggestion
