Hi JSDians, Facing problem in upgrading Jira Service Desk using OBR file. i'm trying to upgrade from JSD 3.3.0 to 3.13.0 using upload an application from Versions & licenses page. when i select the file and upload, at the end of the installation it comes out with an error. log file content. ------------------------ 2018-12-24 11:48:23,816 UpmAsynchronousTaskManager:thread-2 WARN vmurali 707x505x1 hu5b35 10.0.2.7 /rest/plugins/1.0/ [c.a.u.core.install.DefaultPluginInstallationService] Plugin installation failed: Failed to resolve plugin dependencies within OBR [plugin_5818185373019691460_jira-servicedesk-application-3.6.0.obr]. Please see the logs for more detailed information. ------------------------- But there is no more info further than this. it also doesn't say anything on plugin dependencies. Any help is appreciated.
