External Links in Portal Group

Is there a way to add an external link to a portal group in JIRA Service management.  I know you can add external links to your portal, but I want to add the link to my portal group.

As per my understanding, currently, it is not feasible.

So, there is no way to add a link to either the title or something they click on without having them open a portal?

Nope, I would suggest you to add links on the request types.
