Dear Community,
We are new to Atlassian Since we are building our new Business and would like to know if it is possible to make a difference between External Customers in case of rights within the same organisation. Like a workaround or something, because currently all External Customers has the same rights within a Organisation.
For a example:
Organisation "Alpha" has user "XYZ" and "ABC".
XYZ is able to request a Service Request and Change.
ABC is able to request a Service Request and Change, but for a Change request XYZ needs to Approve the Request for ABC, so that our ServiceDesk can proceed.
