Export to image (PDF) format option is disabled in Bigpicture v8.0.26.

May I know whether PDF format is disabled or enabled in resource module of Bigpicture.
Because I don't find it big template.

Hi @Pradeep 

The PDF export should also be possible on the Resources module, however, since the export to PDF requires some additional settings, I would kindly recommend the following:

1. Please navigate to the BigTemplate technical configuration, tab: Technical info and run Export diagnostic, in order to check if the settings are correct. In case not, a popup will let you know what to do next.

In case everything looks good on the diagnostic, yet the option is still not available, please create a ticket to our Support Team, so that we can investigate it further.
