I have a filter which was working fine 2 weeks ago. Today I tried running the filter and export it to CSV. All is looking well in Jira, but when opening the exported CSV file (or getting data from it to my excel) the Custom Field (Request Type) column is populated with 1 single value (which doesn't even appear in our filtered view). Tried running different filters, same issue happens.

Is there any issue / work perfomed on this specific field?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Alexandra,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
I tried to replicate the issue on my local but it's showing the request type normally.
Also, I saw that a bug was created today where the field request type is showing the incorrect value:
If the bug is not the same you are facing, can you please send us a screenshot of how the request type shows on the CSV file?

Regards,
Angélica

Hi Angélica,

Thanks for your fast response. We tried exporting to CSV today and it seems to work. So not sure why we had the issue and if the bug applied or not to us.
