Hello,

I would like to populate an Excel sheet by using an excel query (get data from web where the web URL is the result of a Jira filter.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.
I am not 100% sure if I understood your request correctly, but one suggested approach would be using the default Excel export functionality on the Filters screen so you can keep your data updated while using Excel features such as query.

On a filter, the top-right corner button says "Export" and you can select Export CSV from there.
