Export/Import plugin greyed out and thus I can't import a CSV with issues

Mark Braspenning

Last week I could still see the import option in our Jira ondemand installtion. But now it seems to be gone. I am in all groups (amongst them the site admin).

When I check in the plugins section I see the import plugin, but all components are disabled.

I can't find anything in the audit log which would explain our issue.

How can I enable the default import/export plugin?

Hi Mark,

It’s not possible to import a plugin into JIRA OnDemand due to Restricted functions.

However its possible to import issues from CSV :)

There is a documentation of how to Import Issues on the following link:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Importing+Issues

Kind Regards,

Henrique lechner

I know the import options are limited. But our link "External System Import" was gone completely. But this week it's back again.
