I am evaluating Jira Service Desk and I have installed 3.14.2 on AWS.
I used all default settings during the setup but I can't seem to raise a request in the IT Help Desk. (When I click the 'Raise a request' button, it just goes back to main portal page.) . Anyone seen this issue?

Did you have setup the request types of the portal?
Go to project settings > request types. If there is noting there or not visible, then the portal will redirect you to the homepage since it can't find anything.
