Error with creating JQL in SLA

Patricia Campos

Hi!

After getting the update (Sep / Oct 2020), we encountered an error with configuring the SLAUrgency.png

Our request type uses field Urgency and has value of Low, Medium, High and Critical (see Urgency.png), but when I try to configure SLA's JQL with Urgency = Critical, its returning an error - "The option Critical for field Urgency does not exist". This used to work for us.

Hi!

@Patricia Campos

In order to understand your problem, was this SLA working before the front-end update, or is a new one?

Are you able to perform this search in Adanced Search Issues? Or even with the basic search?

Hi @Patricia Francezi_iDev_

The SLA query was working before the update, and yes, I can use the Urgency field when doing the search filter
