Error "User 'xxxxxxxxxxx' cannot be assigned issues" on Jira Align Connector

• doesn't have the permissions to be assigned issues (Service Desk Agent and Assignable user permissions).
• Not sure If I have a Jira Service Management license.

Could you please help me to fix the issue ?
