Please check for the app updates and try updating it. Disable and reenable the app.

Can you provide some details on when the error is happening?

Try reaching out to the add-on vendor as well, you can get their information from the support section on the marketplace listing.

interesting, the only problem is that I can't upload the JMCF plugin because the upload button is no longer in the latest version, how can I do it?
