It was upgraded from version 7.0.2 to 8.19.0 and now I can't create incidents. Send date format error. Please help m

Can you try to use the Calendar gadget (instead of typing in the value) and see if you can create the issue or not?
Let us know what you find out. We want to rule out if the calendar gadget also fails in the format check.

If I have tried the gatget but it still sends the error.

In this case, I would recommend you to submit a formal support request with Atlassian Support Team to seek for their assistance since the error seems to be introduced after your upgrade.
